It looks like WWE is setting up John Cena vs Randy Orton vs Daniel Bryan for title at Royal Rumble 2014 and to be honest, that is what’s best for business. This match not only needs to happen, but it also makes perfect sense. Royal Rumble 2014 would be one of the biggest pay-per-view of 2014 like every Royal Rumble is. But will this triple threat match take place and make it even bigger?
Hell yeah! We are going to see John Cena vs Randy Orton vs Daniel for title at Royal Rumble 2014 and there are several reasons why this is going to happen. First and foremost, this is what fans want and WWE is smart enough to give fans what they want because that is the way they make tons of money.
The other reason is that we have already seen John Cena vs Randy Orton at TLC 2013 and there are not many people who want to see them go again. Also if Daniel Bryan is not involved into this match, there is nothing else for him to do and WWE cannot afford to keep one of his biggest stars today off the PPV card.
So, to make things interesting and tempting, Daniel Bryan is a good medicine for title picture.
I don’t understand what is wrong with WWE creative staff. They cannot help, but keep Daniel in top storylines and title picture, but won’t let him be the face of WWE. I think it will take some time before Vince McMahon and The Authority fully start believing in him and pull the trigger on him.
However, the way they are taking the Flying Goat gives us a sense that they know what this exciting player is capable off.
All those times when Randy Orton and Daneil Bryan were competing in the ring for WWE Championship, Randy won every time by cheating. That meant two things and those things were;
- Making The Authority and Randy Orton great Heels.
- Protecting Daniel Bryan by not making him lose cleanly.
Daniel Bryan’s addition in the match makes sense too because he was about to beat Randy Orton on Monday Night Raw after TLC before Randy got himself disqualified. And, when John Cena came to his aid Randy did an RKO on him too. Hence, cementing this triple threat match for third biggest pay-per-view of the year.
WWE had a bad time with rating and reviews after Summerslam because of screw jobs and strange endings of PPVs and people were beginning to hate the product. WWE realized it and they changed it all at TLC and now same is going to happen at Royal Rumble 2014. I am sure that creative staff won’t let us down.
I am feeling very excited heading towards the Royal Rumble 2014 because it is going to have a 30 men match that will have winner and who will it be is what makes me think. Another reason is going to be this match because I can bet this will be a classic and remembered forever unlike The Rock and John Cena matches at Wrestlemania.
